"We came in with a rough idea and left with a polished, distributed podcast that reached listeners in over thirty countries within six weeks. The team at PodCrafted Pro understood our voice before we could articulate it ourselves."
— Margaux Beaulieu, host of Détour Culture, Québec City

Local podcast production that sounds anything but local

Based in Québec City, we work with independent creators, small businesses, and cultural organizations who want a podcast that resonates — without hiring an entire media department. From concept design through recording, editing, mixing, and distribution, every episode is shaped by people who live and breathe audio storytelling.

Whether you are launching your very first episode or refining an existing show that has stalled at a plateau, our studio at 79404 Hoppe Harbor, G1R 2L3 Québec, Quebec, Canada is where ideas become listenable reality. Walk in with a napkin sketch; walk out with a release calendar.

What makes our studio different

Most podcast production houses operate remotely and treat every project the same. We are a local studio with a physical space you can visit, test, and feel. Our acoustically treated rooms are tuned for voice — not music, not film, not general media. That specificity matters when your listener is wearing earbuds on a crowded bus and every breath, every room reflection, every edit point either builds trust or breaks it.

We also believe in teaching. Every client receives a short orientation on microphone technique, pacing, and self-editing so that between our sessions you can capture supplementary content that matches the quality bar. Your podcast should not collapse the moment we step away.

Your podcast journey with us

  1. Discovery conversation

A relaxed, thirty-minute call or in-person meeting where we learn about your goals, audience, and the story you want to tell. No commitment required — just clarity.

  2. Format blueprint

We draft a show format document covering episode length, segment structure, intro/outro style, guest strategy, and release cadence. You approve or adjust before any recording begins.

  3. Pilot episode

We produce a full pilot episode together. This is your proof of concept — a tangible piece of audio you can share with stakeholders, test with listeners, or simply use to confirm the direction feels right.

  4. Production run

Once the pilot is approved, we move into ongoing production. Episodes are recorded, edited, mixed, tagged with metadata, and delivered to your hosting platform on a schedule we agree upon.

  5. Launch and growth

We handle directory submissions, RSS validation, and initial promotion assets. After launch, monthly analytics reviews help us refine content and grow your audience methodically.

A note on editorial integrity

We produce your podcast — we do not dictate your message. Every creative decision, from topic selection to guest invitations, remains yours. Our role is to make your voice sound its absolute best and to handle the technical and logistical burden so you can concentrate on content. We will offer suggestions, flag potential issues, and share audience insights, but the editorial direction is always in your hands.

This philosophy extends to sponsorship and monetization. If you choose to pursue advertising revenue, we can connect you with networks and help integrate sponsor reads naturally, but we never insert ads without your explicit approval.

Common questions

Do I need my own equipment to get started?

Not at all. Our studio is fully equipped with professional microphones, headphones, pop filters, and recording interfaces. If you want to record remotely between studio sessions, we can recommend affordable gear and walk you through setup during your orientation.

How long does it take to go from idea to published episode?

A typical timeline from first conversation to a live pilot episode is three to four weeks. This includes format design, a test recording, editing, mixing, cover art finalization, and directory submission. Rush timelines are possible for an additional fee.

Can you help with a podcast that is already running?

Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with existing shows that need better audio quality, tighter editing, or a refreshed brand identity. We start with an episode audit and deliver a detailed improvement plan before any production work begins.

What if I want to pause or stop my podcast?

There are no long-term contracts. We work on a month-to-month or per-episode basis. If you need to pause, we archive your project files and brand assets so you can resume seamlessly whenever you are ready.
